Hi All,
I need an help from the community about a trouble issue with my Madrix Software on my ASUS ROG notebook.
Since I changed my laptop I cannot use Madrix anymore at best.
Very often Madrix crash on this PC or freeze after a message "was not able to create EffectThread". I think it could be an issue with the video card but I can't solve the problem.
Any help? thanks

For an exact issue analysis we are in need of the MADRIX logfile and setup. Can you please send both via e-mail to info[at]madrix[dot]com?

To save the Setup go to "File > Save Setup as..." and enter a name.
Please go in MADRIX to "Tools > Logfile", click the button "Save As..." and enter a name for the Logfile.
